Documenting a Device Issue

Before you begin

Note: You must have SOTI Assist installed to use this feature.

About this task

To report a device issue in SOTI Assist:

Procedure

  1. Select the device that you want to create a ticket for and click the Report Incident icon in the Device Actions menu bar.
  2. Click Report Incident.

Results

You will be redirected to your associated instance of SOTI Assist with a draft incident report that is prepopulated with the device details.
