Resetting the SOTI MobiControl Console

About this task

You can restore some Console settings to their default state by deleting saved searches, saved column views, custom charts and returning all user preference settings to their default values.

Note: Resetting the Console cannot be undone.

To reset the SOTI MobiControl Console to its default settings:

Procedure

  1. Click the drop-down button beside your user name in the upper right corner of the main SOTI MobiControl console and select Reset Console.
  2. Select the settings that you want to restore to their default state.
  3. Click Reset.

Results

Selected items will delete their history or return to default settings.
