Using Data Leakage Protection

Data Leakage Protection (DLP) settings within the SOTI Hub profile configuration allow you to control how your device users interact with the files in your content repository, therefore limiting the potential exposure of your company data.

When DLP is enabled, supported files are opened by the SOTI Hub editor, where, depending on your settings, device users can edit, print, or share enterprise content. You can also choose to exclude file types from DLP settings. When excluded, the file can use an external app to view its contents.
